Cancellation Policy
Clients have 24 hrs of scheduled appointment to cancel. The deposit can be used towards next scheduled appointment once only. If the second scheduled appointment is a cancellation, client will lose deposit and a new deposit will be required to book an appointment. If the Client brought a package, the client will be allowed to cancel once within a 24 hr period and have no extra charge added to price of package. The Client will only be allowed to reschedule once after the cancellation without losing one pre-paid session. There is no fee if cancellation is made within 24 hours. Any cancellations outside of the 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee of services booked💜
